Julie Wright is the co-founder of Julie Wright Commercial Group, LLC, as well as founder and broker-in-charge of Julie Wright Realty Group (residential) and the Julie Wright Land Company. Together, these boutique real estate divisions proudly serve the greater Triangle area from their home base in Raleigh, North Carolina. 

With over five decades of experience, Julie has built a legacy of success across commercial, residential, and land transactions, combining her deep market knowledge with a talent for uncovering hidden opportunities. Known for her ability to think strategically and execute confidently, Julie’s expertise in local markets and land-use potential makes her an invaluable resource for her clients.

Her career began by helping farmers subdivide rural parcels of Wake County, a region that has since transformed into the vibrant "North Raleigh." Today, Julie leverages her extensive knowledge to assist clients across Wake, Durham, Granville, Franklin, Warren, Vance, Harnett, Nash, and Chatham counties. Her nuanced insights into land use, development potential, and property optimization enable her to address complex challenges like zoning, soil and topography, and tax and estate considerations, ensuring personalized solutions for each client.
